I noticed Dimitar on TikTok, where he struck me as an energetic and bold new-generation broker. After reading his book, I realised he also has deep knowledge of every aspect of our business. I respect him as a colleague and keep following his progress with interest.

I admire people like Mitaka who work hard and keep growing, instead of throwing around complicated sentences about why something can't be done.

I've known Dimitar for more than 10 years. We were born in the same town, Blagoevgrad. I know his character, and whatever he takes on, he sees it through. He's persistent, a natural leader and has a strong business instinct. All of that together makes him a true professional!

Dimitar Kalaydzhiev comes across as ambitious, consistent and someone who knows what he's doing. I was convinced of it when I invited him over and he beat me 8:2 at FIFA. If I ever invite him again, it'll be to help pick the grapes at the village. This guy has an inner fire bordering on arrogance that drives him to great results and never settles for anything less than the best.
